Data Deletion Request

1. Introduction

This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that Sendocki processes when you use our platform and services, including data obtained through the Meta and WhatsApp Business integrations.

2. Our Role

When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account or another service to Sendocki, Sendocki acts as a data processor on behalf of the merchant who uses the platform. If your request concerns the data of a merchant's end customer, the merchant is usually the most appropriate contact, as this data is linked to their business activity.

3. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon a valid request, we can delete the personal data we process about you, including: account information (name, email, phone number, company or store name); data obtained through connected integrations such as Meta and WhatsApp, for example WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, business phone number identifiers, message content and media stored to operate the service; and related technical logs. We delete this data where it is technically possible and not subject to a legal retention obligation.

4. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Please include: the email address and, if applicable, the phone number associated with your Sendocki account, and a short description of the data you want deleted. If you connected a WhatsApp Business Account, please indicate the business phone number or WhatsApp Business Account concerned so we can identify the related data.

5. What Happens Next

After we receive your request, we will verify your identity to protect your data, confirm the scope of the request, and delete the relevant data within a reasonable period, normally within thirty (30) days. We will let you know once the deletion is complete. Some information may be kept for a limited time when required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes; in that case we will inform you.

6. Disconnecting a WhatsApp or Meta Integration

You can also stop the processing of data from a connected integration at any time by disconnecting it inside Sendocki, for example by removing a WhatsApp Business Account connector. Disconnecting stops new data from being received. To also delete data already stored, please send a deletion request as described above.
