What Meta bills. What Sendocki does not.
Sendocki organizes WhatsApp inside your workflow: inbox, message templates, automations, campaigns and customer follow-up. WhatsApp Business fees remain billed directly by Meta, based on the message type, country and sending context.
When the customer messages you first, a 24-hour window opens. During this period, your agents can reply freely from Sendocki. These replies are not billed by Sendocki and are not billed by Meta as template messages.
After a click on a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook button, a free window of up to 72 hours may open. During this period, you can exchange messages with the customer without Meta message fees, if Meta conditions are met.
If you contact the customer without an open window, you must use a WhatsApp-approved message template. Meta may bill this message based on its category: marketing, utility or authentication.
For a promotion, bulk follow-up or announcement sent to several customers, you usually use WhatsApp templates. Meta bills delivered messages based on their category. Sendocki helps you prepare and send the campaign without adding margin on Meta fees.
