Connect Shopify or YouCan to Your Carrier in Morocco: A COD Guide
An order comes in on your store. Someone confirms it by phone, then copies it into the carrier's portal: name, phone, city, address, amount. In the evening, labels have to be printed and a pickup requested. Over the next days, someone checks each parcel to see where the delivery stands.
At ten orders a day, that works. At fifty, re-typing becomes a full-time job, and every typo costs you a lost or returned parcel.
This guide explains how to connect your Shopify or YouCan store to your carrier, from Sendit to Ozon Express, so confirmed orders ship without anyone copying an address.
What re-typing costs you
Errors: one missing digit in a phone number, a misspelled city, and the courier can't find the customer.
Omissions: a confirmed order that was never created at the carrier, and a customer left waiting.
Time: every order goes through two or three screens before it ships.
No overview: to know which parcels are delivered, returning or stuck, you have to open the carrier's portal and compare it with your store.
The missing link: confirmation
With COD, not every order should ship. Unconfirmed orders, duplicates and fake numbers have to be filtered out before shipping. The right flow has three links:
the store receives the order;
confirmation checks that the customer really wants it, on WhatsApp or by phone;
the carrier only receives confirmed orders.
That's where Sendocki sits: between your store and your carrier, with confirmation in the middle.
The connected flow, step by step
1. The order arrives in real time
As soon as a customer orders on Shopify or YouCan, the order appears in Sendocki with the customer, product, quantity and amount. Nothing to export, nothing to copy.
2. It gets confirmed
A WhatsApp message goes out automatically with "Confirm" and "Cancel" buttons, or your team calls from the order page. It's all explained in our guide to WhatsApp order confirmation.
3. The parcel is created at the carrier
When the order is ready to ship, Sendocki creates the parcel at your carrier with the details already checked. Nobody re-types the address.
4. Label and pickup
You print labels from Sendocki and request the pickup of your parcels, without going through the carrier's portal.
5. Tracking updates itself
Picked up, in transit, delivered, returned: the parcel status comes back into Sendocki. You see all your orders in one place, with the same stages whatever the carrier.
What you need to get started
Your store: admin access to Shopify, or to your YouCan seller area.
Your carrier account: an active merchant account and its access keys (API), available in your space on the carrier's site. At Sendit, for example, that's a public key and a private key.
A Sendocki account.
The store connects with a simple authorisation, no key to copy. For the carrier, you paste your keys and Sendocki checks that they work. If you don't know where to find them, AIDA, the AI agent that sets up your account, tells you where to look, tests the keys and explains each setting.
Shopify: how it connects
In Sendocki, open Connectors, choose Shopify and enter your store's .myshopify.com address (it shows in your Shopify admin URL). Shopify asks you to authorise the app. Once approved, you're back in Sendocki and new orders arrive in real time. You can connect several Shopify stores to the same account. Details on the Shopify integration page.
YouCan: how it connects
In Connectors, choose YouCan and click "Install on YouCan". You pick your store in your YouCan seller area and authorise Sendocki. As with Shopify, several stores can feed the same dashboard, each order keeping its store of origin. Details on the YouCan integration page.
The carriers available
Ten carriers are connected: Sendit, Ameex, Cathedis, Livo, Ozon Express, Forcelog, Digylog, Olivraison, Express Relais and DHL. For each: parcel creation, label, pickup and status tracking.
You keep your contract. The carrier bills you directly, at your rates.
You can connect several on the same account: all of them are offered when you ship.
Integrations are included in Sendocki, at no extra cost.
Your carrier isn't listed? Tell us from our Integrations page: we prioritise the integrations merchants ask for.
Your store isn't on Shopify or YouCan? WooCommerce, Lightfunnels, Wix, PrestaShop and Adobe Commerce connect the same way. And if your orders land in a Google Sheet, it connects too: see how to manage your COD orders from Google Sheets.

Key takeaways
Connecting the store to the carrier means no more re-typing, and only confirmed orders ship. The flow has three links: Shopify or YouCan to receive, WhatsApp to confirm, your carrier to deliver. You set it up once, then it runs on its own.
