Five settings for a COD funnel that delivers
These settings are made in your funnel. They cost nothing and they prevent returns.
Ask for little, but ask for the right things. Name, phone number, city, address. A short form often converts better, but a missing city or an incomplete number gives a parcel that cannot ship.
Show the total amount. Price, delivery fee and total to pay the courier must be visible before the order is submitted. A customer surprised by the amount at the door may refuse the parcel.
State the delivery time. A customer who knows when their parcel arrives is more likely to be there to receive it.
